Kurai and Yuki took Kage back home. Kurai had a few deep gashes on him and was bleeding, so Yuki ordered Kage to go to his room and stay there.

Kage went to his room grudgingly. He closed the door behind him and lied down on his bed, gazing out the window at the bright moon in the sky.

After a little while, Kurai and Yuki entered. Kurai had fresh bandages on, although they were beginning to get stained with blood.

“Kagekao; what were you thinking!? You could have been killed!” Yuki scolded.

Kagekao was still confined to staying inside the house. It was a good thing, even if Kage didn’t see it that way, because his wounds hadn’t fully healed yet; however, because he couldn’t go outside, he was constantly bored throughout the day.

When night finally arrived, Kage climbed into bed to go to sleep. After a few long minutes, he felt himself drifting off; but someone opened the door to his room and rushed inside. It was Yuki; she shut the door silently and then looked at Kage.

Kagekao opened his eyes, squinting at the bright light of sunset coming through the window. He coughed and lifted his hand to his chest, feeling the bandages wrapped around him that were caked with dry blood.

He tried to sit up, but a sharp jolt of pain came from his back; he groaned.

“Kage, don’t sit up; you have some deep gashes on your back.” A voice from beside him informed.

Kage lied back down and turned his head; Yuki was standing beside his bed.

Kagekao knelt by his father, crying. The day had been so happy and fun; and now this. The night was silent, no cars, no people, nothing.

Kage sighed. He climbed further up the roof so that he could no longer hear his parents; he didn’t like to hear them so sad.

Kage climbed to the highest part of the roof and sat down; he felt like he needed some alone time to think. He felt afraid; he didn’t know what his parents were planning, but it didn’t sound very easy.

Im running away turning my head to find its the dead of night i look foward i fall to the ground something has my leg i look back a hand i scream i pull forward a shoes on my hand
i start to talk "w-what do you want" i say as i take my hand back the person smiles from down here it looked sinister "oh all i want is your fresh blood" i stared back in horror
M-m-my blood..." "thats what i said if you coudn't hear" the next thing i knew he picked me up i saw in his eyes "now be a good girl and unwrap your neck please" without knowing
i did what he said i ripped my scarf off he smiled "good" he opened his mouth to reveal fangs he looked at me for the last time and said "this is going to hurt like hell" he put his mouth
to my neck i screamed in pain i held my hand to my face and watched in horror as my life was slipping away i felt cold nothing seemed right anymore i closed my eyes and complete
